The over/under for Giants wins in 2012 is 87.5. The Giants were 86-76 last year. The Giants added Melky Cabrera and Angel Pagan in separate deals over the winter, and the team hopes they will add some zip to the top of the lineup. The Giants could see a big bump offensively in 2012 if Aubrey Huff, Pablo Sandoval, Brandon Belt and Buster Posey can stay healthy in 2012. The Giants still have a flat out awesome pitching staff. With that in mind, I would bet on the over.

The Giants signed Aubrey Huff and Mark DeRosa over the winter to help out the offense for the 2010 season. They really need the offense to help out so they don’t waste the outstanding pitching they are going to get once again in 2010. For some reason I think they will have just enough offense to win the N.L. West in 2010. So for me, I would take the over on the Giants.
